Slice Without Text
There is one more option add slice the image without text because if the developer wants the slice image without text on it then that option is use by designer to slice the image without text or any other option add tag to skip text layer in image

Merged the slices into one image
when i place the @ symbol on one of my folders it slices whats in the folder but doesnt slice each individual layer like it should but instead creates a image from all the layers merged

Temporal solution:
Try to delete all slices you have in the document and export for web once. Should be work now.
