This is how to fix it:

- open any file or create a new one.

- be sure there is no slices created

- save to web (any format)

You know that in order to export assets you CAN NOT use blend modes. Any blend mode depends on the layers behind it. Any color transparency will be converted to the original color, so be careful with shadows, glows and that kind of effects too.
